The hiring process is very simple:
iTrain Global will be responsible for the management of the hiring process and for the various marketing services it uses to recommend the trainers, receiving in exchange 25% of the amount invoiced. Once iTrain Global has received payment, the remaining 75% will be paid to the trainer (offline management).
iTrain Global will also be responsible for coordinating the implementation of the course between the contractor and the trainer, and for monitoring the trainer and course evaluation the contractor will make once the course has finished. However, all costs arising from logistic aspects related to the organisation of training sessions will be charged to the contracting company.
In addition, in cases where the contractor requires a course of a different duration than the standard model, or a course in which more than one trainer will take part, iTrain Global will handle the management and coordination necessary as well as the negotiation of the price, selecting the trainers and verifying their availability and interest in teaching the course.
